Make in Camden — Makerspace

Central Saint Martins

Staff at the college were researching the feasibility of maker spaces run by and for the local community. This focused on the London borough of Camden in which the college sits, but the intention was that it could eventually be adopted by other areas according to demand.

We were asked to create an identity for the makerspace that could be easily adopted by community groups and adapted to work with the new locations.

The success of the project and the resulting prototype makerspace has led to discussions for finding a more permanent space within the borough.
